revival,n.1. Restoration to current use or operation; esp., the act of restoring the validity or
legal force of an expired contract or dormant judgment. — Also termed (for a dormant judgment)

a revoked will by revoking the will that invalidated the original will or in some other way

been deemed abandoned because the applicant did not respond to an office action within the
statutory period. • The applicant can petition for revival on the basis of unavoidable or
