“Reckless disregard for the truth” is the standard in proving the defendant’s actual malice toward

the  plaintiff  in a libel action. [Cases: Libel and Slander    51. C.J.S. Libel and Slander; Injurious

Falsehood§§ 66, 105.] 3. The intentional commission of a harmful act or failure to do a required

act when the actor knows or  has reason to know of facts that would lead a reasonable person to

realize that the actor’s conduct both creates an unreasonable risk of harm to someone and involves
