fructus stantes (fr<<schwa>>k-t<<schwa>>s stan-teez). [Latin “standing fruits”] Fruits that have not yet been severed from the stalk or stem.[Blacks Law 8th]

fructus separati (fr<<schwa>>k-t<<schwa>>s sep-<<schwa>>-ray-tI). [Latin “separated fruits”] Roman & civil law. The produce of a thing after being separated from it, and so becoming in law “fruits.”[Blacks Law 8th]
