alienee  (ay-lee-<<schwa>>-neeor   ayl-y<<schwa>>-nee),  n.  One  to   whom   property  is

transferred or conveyed. — Also termed disponee.

fraudulent alienee.One who knowingly receives an asset by  means of  fraudulent alienation.
